An eyewash station has to run for fifteen minutes
ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 asks for a flush of 15 minutes at no less than 1.5 liters a minute, from a station no more than 10 seconds away, with water between 60 and 100 °F. A portable gravity-fed station carries its own water to places with no plumbing: a job site, a garage bay, a loading dock.
The parts on this shelf keep a station ready: the dust cover that keeps the nozzles clean between uses, and the hoses, caps and brackets that wear or go missing. The weekly check in the eyewash station guide tells you what to look at.

Is an eye wash bottle enough instead of a Sellstrom station?
Not on its own. OSHA wrote in 2020 that portable bottles are insufficient and that workers need access to a facility able to flush for the recommended 15 minutes.
