Disposable foam plugs, corded or loose
Roll it thin, slide it in, and the foam does the rest. Our bullet shaped plugs are soft polyurethane foam that expands slowly to fill your ear canal, and they carry a labeled NRR of 32 dB under ANSI S3.19. They are made to be worn once and thrown away, so nobody shares a dirty pair. Each pair is packed on its own inside a dispenser box, which keeps them clean until you reach for them.
Pick Cord if you take your plugs out and put them back in through the day, at a press or a saw, because the cord keeps the pair together around your neck. Uncorded suits a single long stretch of noise. Then size the box to your crew: 100, 200 or 500 pairs.
