Smoke wraparound glasses that resist fogging in heat

Sweat and humid air are what usually push safety glasses up onto your forehead. The XP420 carries our Sta-Clear coating, which helps the lens resist fogging and scratching, on a smoke polycarbonate lens that curves around to the edge of your vision. It blocks 99.9% of UV, and it is marked to ANSI Z87.1 and CSA Z94.3.

We kept the frame light and flexible. Soft nose pads and slip resistant temples with ribbed tips that curve inward hold the glasses in place when you bend over a cut or look up at a ceiling. The smoke tint is a good match for outdoor work and bright shops, and it suits cutting, grinding, construction and home projects where dust, chips and splash fly around you.

Before you start

Safety glasses need side protection where particles fly, and goggles are the choice for chemical splash. Look for the marking on the lens or frame that names the standard.
