Curved anti-fog polycarbonate window for DP4 shields
Twelve inches of curved polycarbonate sit between your face and the wheel. We cut this window 12.125 inches wide, 9 inches tall and 0.060 inch thick, and it follows the shape of your face instead of standing flat in front of it. An anti-fog coating helps against the haze that builds when you breathe hard behind a shield in a cold shop. Assembled on a DP4 face shield, it is marked to ANSI Z87+ and CSA Z94.3.
Choose this clear version for grinding, chipping, chemical splash and general machine work. If your job is brazing, gas welding or oxygen cutting, we also cut the same window in Shade 3 IR and Shade 5 IR, which are for torch work and glare and not for arc welding. Any of them goes over your safety glasses, not instead of them.
The DP4 Multi-Purpose Anti-Fog Window is on the Face shields shelf of the Sellstrom range.
Shaped to fit
The polycarbonate curves with the face, so splash and chips meet the window instead of slipping around its edges.Anti-fog coating
A coating on the clear window helps keep breath haze down while you work hard behind the shield.Tinted versions too
The same window comes in Shade 3 IR and Shade 5 IR for torch work and glare.

Before you start
A face shield goes over safety glasses or goggles, never instead of them. OSHA's guide says a shield alone does not stop an impact, and a pitted or scratched window is the cue to replace it.
