Face shield with a chin guard and double crown

Grinding under a vehicle sends chips toward your neck as often as toward your eyes. This shield adds a clear high impact polycarbonate chin guard below the window and a second crown above it, so your throat and the top of your head are covered while air still moves through. The curved clear acetate window follows the face. We make it in the United States, and it is marked to ANSI Z87+ and CSA Z94.3.

Pick the mount by what is on your head. Headgear versions use a ratchet suspension with a twist knob, and the Universal Slot Adapter versions clip into most slotted hard hats. Then choose Anti-fog if you work in a cold or humid space, or Standard if you do not. Wear your safety glasses under it.

Before you start

A face shield goes over safety glasses or goggles, never instead of them. OSHA's guide says a shield alone does not stop an impact, and a pitted or scratched window is the cue to replace it.
