Inner and outer plate kit for the WHP4000
An auto darkening filter costs far more to replace than a clear plate, and spatter does not care which one it hits. This kit gives you fresh clear plates for both sides of the filter in our WHP4000 Premium Series ADF helmet: 5 outer plates and 5 inner plates. The outer plate faces the arc and takes the spatter, the inner plate sits between the filter and your face.
Change the outer plate when pitting starts to blur the puddle, which on a busy week can be often. The inner plate lasts longer, but swap it when it gets scuffed from handling or cleaning. Keeping both fresh is how you stop surface damage from reaching the filter itself, so your WHP4000 cartridge stays in service longer.
